A nonrefundable fee of Sixty Dollars ($60)*, payable by check in advance, will be charged for each set of specifications if it is to be mailed or Fifty-Five Dollars ($55)* if it is to be picked up at the North Hills Council of Governments offices. * - Unless otherwise noted.
